To achieve this STAFF will:

• ASSESS and support the individual needs of the children through interaction, observation and record keeping.
• PLAN experiences and activities to enhance children's social, emotional, physical, intellectual and creative development.
• REPORT information to parents about their child's development through visual displays, formal and informal discussions and written feedback.
• BE approachable and professional.

The ENVIRONMENT will:

• Be safe, accessible and creative.
• Be challenging and evolving.
• Be welcoming and encourage the involvement of parents and community members.

Our kindergarten is a "children's garden" where children have the time and space to play, learn and thrive.
